KS Plastics

Tijuana, Mexico serves the consumer products and electronics, transportation, healthcare, and agriculture industries. The facility in Mexico offers our customers a near shore option for both large and small part plastic injection molding and assembly.

Tijuana facilities include:

105,000 sq. ft. molding/assembly plant
20 injection molding machines: 150-1800 tons
4,500 sq. ft. tool room
Fully equipped quality lab
Class 7 and 8 clean room

MOS Plastics

San Jose, CA serves the medical device, diagnostics, life science, and technology industries. MOS offers the most advanced injection molding facilities in Silicon Valley with a controlled, particulate-free molding manufacturing environment and medical molding in a class 10,000 (ISO class 7) clean room. The clean room facility is a closed-loop system appropriate for manufacturing Class IV medical devices, surgical instruments, drug delivery systems, components involving laboratory reagent, and diagnostic kits.

MOS facilities include:

30 injection molding machines: 28-500 tons
