KS Plastics
Tijuana, Mexico serves the consumer products and electronics, transportation, healthcare, and agriculture industries. The facility in Mexico offers our customers a near shore option for both large and small part plastic injection molding and assembly.
Tijuana facilities include:
- 105,000 sq. ft. molding/assembly plant
- 20 injection molding machines: 150-1800 tons
- 4,500 sq. ft. tool room
- Fully equipped quality lab
- Class 7 and 8 clean room

San Leandro facilities include:
- 100,000 sq. ft. molding/assembly plant
- 33 injection molding machines: 55-1760 tons
- 4,500 sq. ft. tool room

- 28 to 2000 ton presses with integrated robotics to facilitate automated manufacturing

MOS Plastics
San Jose, CA serves the medical device, diagnostics, life science, and technology industries. MOS offers the most advanced injection molding facilities in Silicon Valley with a controlled, particulate-free molding manufacturing environment and medical molding in a class 10,000 (ISO class 7) clean room. The clean room facility is a closed-loop system appropriate for manufacturing Class IV medical devices, surgical instruments, drug delivery systems, components involving laboratory reagent, and diagnostic kits.

- 4,500 sq. ft. tool room
- 30 injection molding machines: 28-500 tons
